Our designs keep in mind energy efficiency, recommending motion sensored lights in some rooms, energy efficient appliances and solar panels.

Emily has been creating interior design solutions for both residential and commercial spaces since 2005. Emily is also the owner of Modern Intentions, an online furniture, accessories, and lighting store. Modern Intentions looks for authentic, unique pieces that showcase both art and function. Their products are hand selected and ever evolving. The brands that they work with are known for quality and sustainability; connected by a love for innovative, fresh designs, as well as modern classics. |
